Man wakes up to dog getting drink of water wrapped up in a blanket

Dogs continue to surprise with their strangely human activity.

Twitter user @mythicalwndfish's dad woke up to the sound of their dog getting a midnight drink of water while wrapped in a blanket, before eventually returning to bed. Thankfully, the entire incident was documented for the internet.

The saga began with a text from her father:

If I saw a blanket making slurping noises in the middle of the night, I would think it was Voldemort drinking a unicorn's blood, but luckily, this was a little more innocent.

The photos her dad included of the pup's journey are simply elegant.

Now I can't help but imagine this dog wearing reading glasses and reading a David Baldacci novel in the bathtub before bed.

Then putting in a retainer before going to sleep.

Suffice it to say this dog is classier and cozier than I'll ever be waking up for water in the middle of the night.
